This is our most comprehensive coaching option, designed for those who want full support, personalized guidance, and maximum accountability to reach their goals. With one-to-one coaching, you’ll receive:

Weekly Check-In Forms – Structured reflection on your week, providing insight into habits, challenges, and next steps.
Ongoing Monitoring of Nutrition & Progress – Continuous evaluation of your nutrition targets, food logs, and overall progress to keep you on track.
Direct Messaging Access – Have questions or need support between check-ins? Message your coach anytime.
Customized Training Program – Your workouts are built specifically for your goals, lifestyle, and available equipment, with adjustments as needed.
One-to-one coaching is the highest-accountability option for those serious about making lasting changes. A minimum commitment of three months is required before transitioning to Maintenance Mode. Cost is per month.
